WISE CUSTOM started making landing nets in Bali, Indonesia in 2006.
Based on the concept of high quality and low price,
we manufacture from the procurement of materials to finishing with local craftsmen.
In order to show the natural finish, the surface of the wood is polished with sandpaper with a raised count, and a matte urethane coating that leaves a little gloss is sprayed on. In addition, the coating agent does not peel off when it is struck.
Hand knitted net
We use Japanese-made quick drying Cremona yarn with excellent durability. As nets are hand knitted using two long knitting needles, the splicing can be held at 1 or 2 locations even on a 50cm deep net.
Figured Teak wood
In recent years, figured wood is very precious and the price is also rising. The same goes for Indonesian teak lobes, but we have a mountain expert look for them and examine them for purchase.
Every year we purchase Ezo deer horns in Hokkaido. The horns are as uneven as possible and have a tasteful appearance.
As for the frame material, when we come across information on good wood even in the local area, we go and buy it after examining it.
